Fun cleaning set.
Kids cleaning set.I was sent this in return for my honest opinion on it. Other than it being a little more in price than I thought it would be for the pieces you get, I still think it isn’t a bad quality set, I thought they would be a bit flimsy but they’re not.I like the range of pieces you get, a bucket, which comes with a mop, a brush, which comes with a pan, cleaning solution bottle, with a removable lid, a spray bottle and a sponge.They all seem sturdy, not flimsy, the mop and broom seem durable, I thought they would be bendable plastic but they’re nice and solid.It is a little better than I thought it would be, so I would recommend it, it’s not that bad for the price.

Very short handles no good for a 3+ year old.
The handles on both broom and mop are very short. All the items have a cheap flimsy feel, the mop is next to useless with a few strands of material and looks nothing like a mop that dad uses. No assembly required all items came made up.The broom works and the dustpan functions and my daughter played with it for a few moments but did not keep her attention.All items are to different scales so don’t match. However not badly priced and the items should last some punishment from my daughter, even if she just plays with the broom and dustpan for the price can’t complain.

The Littlest Mop Shop
Some children like to roleplay, while other have no interest. One of mine loves to follow you around as you do chores and try and help, often making you take even longer. With the ‘Toy Cleaning Set for Kids’ you can have them roleplaying to one side as you get on with the job at hand.The price is very tempting for all the stuff you get, but that is reflected in the size. Even for a toddler the little mops etc feel more like a toy version and not in scale. This has not bothered my child and they like to play with it, nonetheless. You get a lot of stuff, mop, brush, pan, bucket, sponge, and cleaning bottles. It is all a little cheaply made, but reasonable for the price. I am wary that the top screws off the cleaner, this good for testing hand/eye skills, but will be unsafe if your child likes to pop stuff in their mouth.If the price was more than a tenner I would dismiss the set, but it is currently south of this and for that it offers very good value. For a child that likes to play cleaning, it gives them toy versions of the type of thing they have seen you use.

So honestly I wasn’t expecting much from this toy as it looked cheap quality but my 3 year old and 1 year old have been playing with it for hours!My 3 year old especially has enjoyed pretending to be a cleaner and cleaning all the rooms in my house.Pretty basic items in this set but my kids enjoyed it and kept them entertained at a cheap price.

For the £8.99 price tag, these JoyKip Kids pretend Toy Cleaning Set for Kids is not bad. Although I have not let my nephew fill up the bucket with water he enjoys playing with the sweeper, mop and sponge a lot.The whole seems be made of durable plastic, only complaint is the handle of the basket which is a bit flimsy.

Noo,too small.It says 3+ when I think that you can buy better ones from a pound or dollar store instead of this bad,cheap quality.Even though it says ‘pretend’ atleast the sponge is fine but it is too small!How can a toddler play with something WAYY too less there size and act like cleaning,not impressed.For about £9 you buy this?Devastating!4 stars,nice but not the best.

Good play set
This is a good little cleaning play set. Good size for little hands. You get a mop, a bucket, broom and dustpan, sprayer and a squeeze bottle.Now he can copy us cleaning. My son has lots of fun with this.It seems to be well made. At the time of review these cost £8.99 which is a tad expensive. Think it will be more reasonable at around the £6 mark.

Lots of fun but not durable
Wer have a domestic role play in my class and the children were interested in hoovering so I added this set to give them other opportunities. They have loved the different items – bucket, mop, sponge, pretend spray bottle (it doesn’t spray), dustpan, brush and shampoo bottle. The items look great, are colourful however they haven’t stood up to a bunch of 4-5year olds. The handle of the dustpan broke off within days, the mop head circular piece which holds it on snapped and the head fell off and then couldn’t be reattached (except with my trusty glue gun and pipe cleaner) and the spray bottle did not hold up to a child with an oral fixation. Now you could argue that it’s not intended to be bitten, which I will agree to, however as anyone with young children know there is a good chance it’s going in their mouth at some point. I really like this set, it was just a shame it wasn’t a little more sturdy and durable to make it last longer than 2 weeks of constant, daily play.

My daughter loves this set! Not only will she pretend clean while we’re cleaning, but I’ve also had her use this set to clean up her own messes (like the cereal that she just dumped on the floor on purpose). I’m not sure how long it will last, however, as he is not exactly gentle with his toys. On the other hand, it wasn’t very expensive. It’s cheap too. Disappointed especially the mop…it has like 4 strings barely looks like a mop

Really fun for kids
This cleaning set is fun for children. My nephew at the minute likes to play with the cleaning things at home and as its not very safe for him to play with the ‘real’ things, I came across and thought it would be perfect for himThis cleaning set has a mop, brush, dust pan, cleaning bottles etc. and is perfect for children. We haven’t encouraged our littlest one to think that cleaning is girls’ work, but she seems to enjoy it and has taken to this quickly. She picks up the items and knows what they’re used for, and seems to have fun with them (so long as she gets some applause for her work at the end).

The gift recipient’s child is just entering the phase of copying Mum and Dad’s activities (even if enigmatic or inexplicable), such as ‘helping’ to assemble furniture or prepare dinner. Therefore the purpose of this neat little set was instantly grasped by its new owner – as were the implements within – and they directly set about cleaning the place up, as they’d seen Mum and Dad do. Which surely equals instant design success. Recommended.

It is a good value set, but the contents are quite cheaply made and flimsy so wouldn’t be suitable for younger, or more heavy handed children. It has a nice variety of items and great for role play.

Cheap and flimsy
Got this for my grandson, teach them equality whilst they’re young.It’s rather disappointing, cheap and flimsy, some items are too small for a 3 year old, such as the broom and mop, the handles are too short.The mop is particularly badly made and won’t be suitable to use with water, it will fall apart.I think I’d rather spend more money and buy something that’s fit for purpose.Hope you found my review helpful

Ideal for home role play!
This is a really cute little role play cleaning set comprising of a broom, mop, sponge, a pretend spray bottle and washing liquid – all held inside a shaped bucket. The set is small and ideal for tiny hands, making it a great roleplay prop for 3+. However, do be aware that the mop in particular is rather flimsy – I cannot see the mop head lasting long at all. This would make a very nice addition to a home roleplay kitchen space, and would be ideal for children who like to help with housework. This is pretty good value for the price of £8.99.

This is a fun little baby cleaning kit with a good number of accessories. The baby was more than happy to play with it and in general, everything was fine. The only thingI would say is that the mop head can be pulled and the fabric strands can tear off, not really a major safety hazard as I wouldn’t say they present any risk, but if your child is a little destructive, this may be an issue.

Cheap, but some items are flimsy
The items in this pack are varied enough for a child to copy adults and feel as if they are using proper utensils instead of pretend ones.The bucket is strong, but its handle is not, and may snap off if there is too much water in the bucket. It has a flat back, so it can stand against a wall; however, it wobbles a bit, as there is a rim around the inside at the bottom so that it doesn’t stand flat on the floor, and if filled with water it may fall over and make a mess.The top of the empty bottle unscrews, so your child can use it with “pretend cleaning fluid”; the spray bottle is a good idea, except that it does not spray and you cannot take the top off; the sprayer is just for show.The dustpan appears to be quite strong and robust. The mop is similar to a real one, with the mop part able to soak up a small amount of water; it appears quite loose, so it may come off after being used a few times.The broom is well-made, with bristles of a reasonable length bristles; it sweeps into the dustpan well, and appears to be far more robust than the mop. There is also a small yellow sponge for cleaning, without the usual rough surface on one side for more vigorous scrubbing, which is a good thing.The set looks cheap overall. The items have been made to different scales, and not all of them are the right size for a three-year-old. Because of the issues I have mentioned, not very practical for kids.

Varied items great for role-play but short handles
This cleaning set looks great in pictures and doesn’t feel cheap in person but the mop and broom handles are very small. It includes a bucket, spray cleaning bottle, sponge, mop, brush, shovel and a detergent style bottle. It’s got a good range of things to cover various cleaning aspects and would be good for role-play. If you already have some form of a kitchen set then this would pair well with it, but otherwise it’s just a basic set of plastic. The mop feels flimsy and the handles for both are short. It’s priced at £8.99 so the price syncs up with the product. Fun for some cleaning but and great addition to an existing set.

I received this item from the Amazon Vine Program.I requested this for my 4 year old son. He likes cleaning with me and will often get his toy vacuum when I clean the flat, so this toy cleaning set is really great for him.The set includes:BroomDustpanSpray BottlePlastic Detergent BottleMopSpongePailMy son will tale out his cleaning set when he see me start wiping counter tops. He will then tell me that he wants to help which is really sweet.I like most of the pieces except for the spray and the bottle because my son can really use it for cleaning (ie the broom).It looks well made and the finish is smooth and has no sharp edges.It costs £8.99 at the time of this review which is reasonable and affordable.

Plastic kids toy cleaning set
This little cleaning set comes in a plastic bag that could be used for storage when the set is not in use. We got this for our little grandson, who currently enjoys ‘cleaning up’ and copying the grown-ups and he started playing with it immediately. This set is made from non-toxic BPA-free plastic and is eco-friendly, and there are no sharp edges. To be honest, the parts don’t feel as if they’ are the greatest quality and are very light. Although the lid comes off the screw cap bottle, you can’t put anything in it, and the spray bottle is one solid piece (no spray action) so nothing can be put in that either. The mop seems to work okay but feels fairly flimsy. The sponge doesn’t have a rough side so that’s a bonus. The dustpan and brush are pretty good and the bucket seems fine, although it’s wise not to put much water in it (knowing how heavy-handed our grandson is). The point is, it’s a toy set for children to pretend to clean up and it doesn’t need to be as robust as the real thing. Our grandson is delighted with it but don’t expect too much.

Received this pretending cleaning kit to review.In terms of how it’s made, it’s good enough for the price.All the items are very small, ideal for kids under 3 i would say. I have a 4 year old daughter and she didn’t play with it more then 30m since we have it?If this kind of pretending toy is something your kid js after, then it’s worthy the price asked.Overall, too small for my little ones, but might be great for other kids.

this mini cleaning set is adorable. My toddler absolutely loves cleaning the house and helping out and needed something to fit her size.
